The management is professional & diligent and maintenance requests that I made were completed quickly & courteously. The only issue I had is that I realized after a couple days after moving in that my floor needed scrubbed. I used a whole case of swifter mop pads and they'd come out grimy. The online rent payment portal is working correctly for me though, so that helps.

I recently went in to tour and I was greeted by such friendly and informative people, Juliet and Syreeta. Juliet answered all questions and concerns in great detail, what I expect, and I am pleased to say that this place is affordable and in a great location. Unfortunately, there is no pool but I guess I can look past that. I wish there was a second thought about it though. I am definitely going to be putting my application in. Thank you Juliet for a wonderful tour! Hope you are going to be staying!!! :)

I’ve been here a couple months. Aldo is awesome and the office manager (I missed her name) is nice too. I have a washer and a dryer, stone counters, a nice backsplash… I like it here. My single maintenance request was handled same day. I’d totally recommend!

My husband and I have lived here going on 3 years. We have been through 3 new owners and 4 managers. The newest manager Chelsey is truly amazing and very knowledge. She is always available to assist us with any issues that come up. Riveria Apartments are now contenders with any complexes in this city. Thank you Chelsey.

I've lived here for several years and I feel like it's better than ever right now. The management is amazing in the office. I'm able to pay my rent easily through the portal that they offer. Pass management since I've been here was questionable and not easy to work with at all but Jose and Claudia are awesome and friendly and helpful. John is very good at his job and so friendly and efficient. He always completes the work on the apartments in timely manner. And you never have to call back because it's fixed. Overall my experience here has been good. But now it's even better with the new management and my renovated apartment I'm very happy here.

Very clean and updated with a helpful, polite, and professional staff at the office. They are always courteous and keep me informed of any maintenance going on around the apartment complex. I'm not sure about any of the negative comments on here, but it may be because of the previous company that owned the complex. I've been living here three months and only had a very positive experience thus far.

Just moved in this month on the 8th, have not had any problems so far. Apartments are nicely remodeled. New fridge, stove, washer dryer etc. Apartment is cozy & quiet. My wife loves it. Lisa is a great manager, have lived under her management in the past with no problems. Rent is expensive everywhere and every apartment has its pros and cons. So far it's great!

I would like to give a shout out to the most amazing office manager and team at the Riviera. I have lived here since August and from day one I have had not one problem. Charity has very good business ethic and is very down to earth yet blunt. If you do not follow the rules and guidelines of your lease then yes she does in force them. I do not think that is a bad thing I think that is her just doing her job. Put yourself in this woman's shoes, and think about all the things she has to deal with on a daily basis dealing with an apartment complex. Do not let the negative reviews scare you away from this apartment. Charity has made me feel like nothing than family and I am extremely comfortable going to her with any problem or concerns I have.
