Recently came in and inquired about this complex and met with Syreeta. She took us on a very informative tour of the apartments and the property. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. This property is definitely a top contender due to the level of professionalism I received!

I’ve been here a couple months. Aldo is awesome and the office manager (I missed her name) is nice too. I have a washer and a dryer, stone counters, a nice backsplash… I like it here. My single maintenance request was handled same day. I’d totally recommend!

My husband and I have lived here going on 3 years. We have been through 3 new owners and 4 managers. The newest manager Chelsey is truly amazing and very knowledge. She is always available to assist us with any issues that come up. Riveria Apartments are now contenders with any complexes in this city. Thank you Chelsey.

I went to see the apartment and Jose was so nice and informative he gave me all the information I needed to know about the rent and everything. I highly recommend him to show any of the openings there. Thank you Jose for a great apartment shopping experience hopefully I'll be moving in soon.

Property has taken a positive turn.... and the location is great, next to Northglenn High School, close to shopping centers and highway.
