I recently went in to tour and I was greeted by such friendly and informative people, Juliet and Syreeta. Juliet answered all questions and concerns in great detail, what I expect, and I am pleased to say that this place is affordable and in a great location. Unfortunately, there is no pool but I guess I can look past that. I wish there was a second thought about it though. I am definitely going to be putting my application in. Recently came in and inquired about this complex and met with Syreeta. She took us on a very informative tour of the apartments and the property. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. This property is definitely a top contender due to the level of professionalism I received!

I’ve been here a couple months. Aldo is awesome and the office manager (I missed her name) is nice too. I have a washer and a dryer, stone counters, a nice backsplash… I like it here. My single maintenance request was handled same day. I’d totally recommend!

My husband and I have lived here going on 3 years. We have been through 3 new owners and 4 managers. The newest manager Chelsey is truly amazing and very knowledge. She is always available to assist us with any issues that come up. Riveria Apartments are now contenders with any complexes in this city. Thank you Chelsey.
