I came in for a tour and Genesis greeted me with a big smile. She really made me feel welcome. She gave me great tips and information. She even acknowledged my children which not a lot of people do. I am so excited to call Riviera home.

The leasing office is nice they helped me so much and they where professionals. I recommend these apartments.

I have lived here for almost two years and I have zero complaints. I’m super happy with this community! I don’t know the maintenance guys name but he’s super fast and super friendly

I recently went in to tour and I was greeted by such friendly and informative people, Juliet and Syreeta. Juliet answered all questions and concerns in great detail, what I expect, and I am pleased to say that this place is affordable and in a great location. Unfortunately, there is no pool but I guess I can look past that. I wish there was a second thought about it though. I am definitely going to be putting my application in. Thank you Juliet for a wonderful tour! Hope you are going to be staying!!! :)
