I would like to give a shout out to the most amazing office manager and team at the Riviera. I have lived here since August and from day one I have had not one problem. Charity has very good business ethic and is very down to earth yet blunt. If you do not follow the rules and guidelines of your lease then yes she does in force them. I do not think that is a bad thing I think that is her just doing her job. Put yourself in this woman's shoes, and think about all the things she has to deal with on a daily basis dealing with an apartment complex. Do not let the negative reviews scare you away from this apartment. Charity has made me feel like nothing than family and I am extremely comfortable going to her with any problem or concerns I have.
